After ripping open the wrappers to see if they've won\, trick-or-treaters can pet the spokesdogs for H.O.P.E. and the shelter that have come to celebrate the evening.\nNot adoptable but perhaps petable are the live ponies that will be harnessed to Cinderella's pumpkin coach on the Riggis' lawn for Halloween. Costumed footmen will attend the equipage. Visiting children are invited to guess the weight of this year's huge pumpkin\; the Riggis annually display a monster one. The winner will receive a one-year family membership to the YMCA.\nMichele is having her usual Halloween extravaganza.
