X-ALT-DESC;FMTTYPE=text/html:<p>Sundays - Tai Chi & Medical Qi Gong</p>With Terry Keenan & Shifu Sandra Balint.\n\nThe first hour of class will be group practice of Stationary Tai Chi and Beginner Yin-Yang Medical Qi Gong\, followed by a 30-minute one-on-one Question & Answer period\, including pulse and tongue diagnoses. Stationary Tai Chi combines Yang and Sun styles. Between each Yang style movement is the highly meditative opening and closing movement classically associated with Sun. Both Tai Chi and Medical Qi Gong improve balance\, reduce stress and help create an overall sense of well-being. Pulse and tongue diagnoses will aid the instructors in developing additional individualized practices for each student. The class is open to all levels. Classes held on November 6\, 13\, 20\, 27\, December 4\, 11\, 18\; Class will not be held on Christmas\, December 25. Cost: A Single Group Class-$10\; 5 Group Classes-$40\; 10 Group Classes-$70.
