The menu will include pancakes\, eggs\, bacon\, sausage\, biscuits with gravy and home fries with beverages.  The cost is $6 for adults\, $5 for seniors\, $4 for children ages 4 – 11\, and children 3 and under are free.  Proceeds benefit the 4-H Training Center\, a unique educational facility.  4-H and community groups utilize the 45–acre site and classroom facilities year round.  The Training Center is located 1/3 mile north of Rt. 67 on Middle Line Road in Ballston Spa.
