DESCRIPTION:They care for hungry and homeless neighbors\, maintain nature trails\, put on concerts\, keep seniors active\, preserve our historic buildings\, and so much more! They are the leaders of Saratoga's social impact sector. What inspires and energizes them? How did they get into these unusual careers? What are their greatest hopes for our community?  What good advice can they share with us?\n\n \n\nThe Art of Community happens monthly on the last Tuesday from 4   5 PM. We start with a 30 minute conversation with a nonprofit leader followed by an informal half hour gathering where nonprofit workers and volunteers can meet up to swap news\, ideas and encouragement. All are welcome to come recharge and connect!\n\n\n\nAt this gathering\, Caffe Lena Executive Director Sarah Craig will be in conversation with Jeff Shinaman\, Executive Director of the Academy for Lifelong Learning.
