Want to prevent injuries that could dampen your dance dreams? As part of its Dancer Advantage Program\, Reform. A True Pilates Studio is teaming up with Saratoga Hospital’s Performing Artists Rehabilitation Program to offer free 15-minute assessments that will evaluate any muscle imbalances that could lead to dance related injuries\, and suggest exercises to strengthen a dancer’s core.
