From Loss to Light: Recovery from Adult Sibling Loss w/ Veronica Cole\, psychotherapist & grief counselor
In her workshop “From Loss to Light: Recovering from Adult Sibling Loss” Veronica creates a safe space for surviving siblings to dispel myths\, and the lack of importance often given to the loss of a brother or sister. This is a group experience led with compassion\, and an intention to honor your sibling no matter how long it has been since your sibling(s) departed. You will gain perspective. You will begin to release pain so you may move forward in your life with more clarity. The workshop ends in a celebratory event honoring your loved one. This workshop is intended to provide a renewed sense of your relationship with your beloved sibling. (Participation is not required but you are encouraged to do so to facilitate your own healing process.)

Veronica Cole has over twenty years experience as an accomplished psychotherapist with expertise in grief counseling and group dynamics. Her article concerning adult sibling loss has been circulated in the Thanantology Association. She has addressed numerous critical incident events including the families of Pan Am flight 103 involved in the tragic terrorist attack over Lockerbie\, Scotland. She is currently writing her first book and plans to continue offering support internationally. Veronica’s dedication to her message of hope and healing for those contending with loss brings light and awareness to the often forgotten matter of adult sibling loss.
