This special anniversary with be celebrated along with the 5th Anniversary of the Saratoga Book Festival!\n\n\n\nThe Saratoga Book Festival is a special event of the Friends of the Saratoga Springs Public Library\, a 501(c)(3) organization whose mission is to support the Saratoga Springs Public Library. Proceeds of the Saratoga Book Festival will be used to fund the Saratoga Springs 1000 Book Before Kindergarten program.
