DESCRIPTION:Join the Saratoga County Chamber in celebrating the Maple Ave Middle School Bikes in Schools Program! \nThe ribbon cutting ceremony at Maple Ave Middle School marks the launch of the Bikes in Schools\n\nprogram for middle school students\, part of our broader initiative to introduce cycling into the K-12 PE\n\ncurriculum across SSCSD. SSCSD is the first school district in the STATE to have a PE cycling program. This\n\nhistoric moment follows the successful rollout of the program at all six SSCSD elementary schools\, where\n\nover 170 bikes were donated. Our goal is to ensure that by fall 2025\, every student from kindergarten to\n\nhigh school in Saratoga Springs will have the opportunity to ride and learn about cycling as part of their\n\neducation.\n\n \n\nParking directions: We will meet at the back of the school where the newly-built mountain bike trails are. As you drive away from Saratoga\, before you get to the school\, take a left on Brower Ln\, and follow the road until you arrive at Glen Mitchel fields - you may park along Glen Mitchel Road for the event.
