DESCRIPTION:Psychedlic-grungeThe band was formed in 2007 by Eli \nHargrave and Eric Donovan. Within a year their first full length album \n“CERTAIN SLOW MURDER was released as well as a four song EP KEYS. \nThe project bloomed and gathered \nmusicians Jeff Ayers and Dustin Alexander and in 2010 they collectively \nreleased the Don Fury produced STRANGER ON A DAMNED STAIRCASE and \nanother EP titled LONG PIG shortly after. SITP grew by two new members \nKatarra Peterson and Brad Thibodeau and signed to a contract with \nMagnetic Eye Records in the Summer of 2012. \nThey immediately began work on a third full length LP PLEASE DON’T DIE \, which is the whole point of tonight’s bash!\n \nLinear North:\n(Psychedelic/Garage/Heavy Blues)\n\nIn their own words: “3 guys from Albany playing loud\, noisy\, heavy\, psychedelic\, ass kicking music.”\n\n\nThe End Men:\n“They initially seem to tap into the \nrich vein of blues-tinged garage rock\, only to blow your mind with \nMatthew Hendershot’s voice\, a mixture of gutter punk and carnie. Driving\n this all is Livia Ranalli\, an Italian expat just as comfortable \ndrumming on pavement or with salad forks as on a ‘real’ kit.” (Rob \nRubsam\, Tom Tom Magazine)
