If we feel tired\, obligated\, or resentful in our daily activities\, we must ask whether we are receiving any joy from our giving. Without joy\, we bring unhealthy attitudes to our tasks. Re-examining our daily routine can show patterns of joyless over-giving and allow us to adjust our boundaries.
