Summer Culinary Arts Programs

Young chefs will learn professional cooking techniques and kitchen managment. Healthy foods will be explored and used in great recipes as well as homemade specialties and international favorites. The course will also focus on sanitation, basic cooking methods, and having fun with food. Food allergies? not a problem, gluten free and lactose free recipies will be explored.
