Saratoga County has received numerous accolades, awards and has had articles printed about the diversity of great things to do year round as a tourist destination. As some of our busier months approach we want to refresh our front line employees to be their best, most helpful and informa­tive to those who visit our area. Back by popular demand, Lisbeth Calandrino will host a facilitated customer service seminar, "The Art of the WOW" as a follow-up to the 2012 session. Offered by a partnership between the Saratoga County Chamber, Saratoga Convention and Tourism Bureau, the Saratoga Springs City Center and the Downtown Business Association, this seminar is free of charge and meant to inform and refresh those that greet our visitors.
