Sensual Portraiture Workshop - 02/20/2014

Learn to take portraits that bring out the sensual nature of your subject

In this workshop you will learn about sensual portraiture and how to work with models. Images will range from fully clothed to lingerie to implied/partial nudes. Each student will have individual time working with the model, with the assistance of the instructor, while the other students observe. We will work with both studio and natural lighting, a variety of reflectors and backgrounds, props and apparel. Basic film or digital camera skills required.

You will learn:

• Basic photographic tools, concepts and choices for photographing models
• Working with various approaches to lighting, both studio and natural lighting
• Interacting with models, directing and boundaries
• Different styles, from bold up-front to diffused soft
• About model releases, setting up shoots and finding models
