State of the Region Breakfast

Please note this event is sold out and we cannot guarntee a spot for walk-ins. Please call 584-3255 if you would like to get on the waiting list.

Moderated by Bill Flaherty, of National Grid, and sponsored by the Capital District Transportation Authority, this first-ever “State of the Region” breakfast will feature a panel discussion with the Presidents of the largest countywide chambers of commerce in the Capital Region: Mark Eagan, President of the Albany-Colonie Regional Chamber of Commerce; Linda Hillman, President of the Rensselaer County Chamber of Commerce; Charles Steiner, President of the Chamber of Schenectady County; and Todd Shimkus, President of the Saratoga County Chamber of Commerce. Collectively representing more than 7,000 of the region’s employers, these four Chamber Presidents will discuss the state of our region’s economy and the ways they are working together collaboratively to expand economic opportunity regionally. They will both look back on the progress our region has made in 2012 as well as ahead to 2013 and beyond to explore other initiatives their organizations will be taking to help local employers to succeed, grow and thrive within the Capital Region.
