REGISTER:    Onsite registration from 7:30 am to 8:30 am at the Waldorf School of Saratoga Springs, 62 York Avenue, Saratoga springs, NY

DETAILS:      5K begins at 9:00 am at York Avenue and continues along the Saratoga Spring Run Trail & finishes on York Avenue: 3.12 miles

Kids race begins at 8:30 am at York Avenue from Nelson Avenue to East Ave. and back to Nelson Ave: ½ mile

ENTRY FEE: $20.00 (register online @ www.emmas5krun.org)

                        * Family Discount ($10/each addt’l runner after 3 full registered runners)*

                        Kids Race: FREE

AWARDS:     All children will receive an award for the kids run.

                        5K race awards: Overall 1^st through 3^rd place, age groups:

12 & under, 13-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60 + (male and female awards)

CAUSE:          Proceeds from the race go to benefit The Emma Foundation
