My name is James Shear, Owner/Operator of Shear Electrical. I am a skilled electrician and proud veteran, bringing discipline, precision and reliability to every project that I take on. After serving in the United States Army form 2000-2019-including deployments to Afghanistan and Kuwait-I transitioned into the electrical trade. Since 2019 I have built my qualifications through hands on experience and training with many contractors within the Local 236 IBEW electrical Union. Now I have set my sights on my own small business venture committed to delivering high quality work with honesty and integrity. Professionalism and attention to detail is paramount for me.
